Jessica Yarbrough serves as the Marketing Coordinator for The Paula McDaniel Group and is the creative force behind the team’s digital presence. Specializing in social media strategy, graphic design, and brand storytelling, she brings a fresh, engaging approach to real estate marketing. Jessica holds a degree in Marketing with a collateral in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee, equipping her with a well-rounded foundation in communication, business, and relationship building.
Jessica grew up by the water in Kingston, a charming small town on Watts Bar Lake just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee. It was there that her love for lake life began—whether boating, fishing, or watching the sunrise and sunset, the water quickly became her happy place. That deep-rooted connection to home fuels her passion for helping others find a place they love—something she understands firsthand as a recent first-time homeowner. Having lived in both Middle and East Tennessee, she’s now proud to call Cleveland home.
Jessica’s diverse background in corporate marketing and running her own small business has given her hands-on experience in both creative strategy and client care. She knows how to connect with people, craft compelling content, and showcase what makes every property unique.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband Zach and their two Goldendoodles. Jessica is thrilled to be part of a team that values heart, connection, and community, and she looks forward to making every home feel like the perfect fit for someone new.
